Team Leaders at Centerpoint:
Enlist - Find people for your team. Share the vision to help people understand the part they can play. Usually, one-on-one, face-to-face recruiting is most effective.
Equip - Meet with your team leads at least once a month. Communicate details often. Make sure they have good tools. Model culture. Reproduce yourself.
Encourage - Recognize, reward, give shoutouts, cards, and texts to team members. Pray with them. Also, encourage them to show up, be on time, use good judgment, etc.
Empower - Give team members authority to oversee parts of the ministry. Let them schedule, organize, make decisions, solve problems, and lead.
